摘要
凝结芽孢杆菌具有与乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌一样的调节肠道内菌群平衡、促进营养物质代谢和利用、提高免疫力等保健特性,形成的芽孢具有耐高温、耐酸和耐胆盐等高抗逆性特点。凝结芽孢杆菌作为新型微生态制剂,已被广泛应用于畜牧业、水产养殖业、医药、保健和食品行业。概述了凝结芽孢杆菌的理化性质以及在工业生产、养殖业以及临床等方面的应用进展。
Bacillus coagulans has the same health care characteristics as Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium in regulating intestinal microflora balance,promoting nutrient metabolism and utilization,and improving immunity.The spores formed by Bacillus coagulans have high resistance to an elevated temperature,acid,and bile salt.As a novel microecological preparation,Bacillus coagulans has been widely used in animal husbandry,aquaculture,medicine,health care,and food industry.In this paper,we summarize the physicochemical properties of Bacillus coagulans and its application in industrial production,breading industry,and clinic.
