摘要 摘要:介绍了一种液压捣固机的激振与捣固装置,所述装置属于小型铁路养护用内燃动力液压捣固机械领域,特别是涉及一种基于弹性连杆理论的强迫振动式反相位激振与捣固装置.为了解决现有捣固机传统偏心块式激振方式和强迫振动式激振方式的不足,引进了单质体弹性连杆式振动的设计理论,提出了一种基于弹性连杆理论的强迫振动式反相激振、捣固装置的结构形式与参数设计方法,其目的是既能解决传统捣固机不能实现反相位相对振动和异步夹实问题,又能克服传统强迫振动激振方式的振动幅值不能调节问题,提高捣固效果,使捣固机的应用更加灵活. This paper introduces a forced vibration anti-phase excitation and tamping device,which is a kind of excitation and tamping device of hydraulic tamping machine belonging to the field of internal combustion power hydraulic tamping machine for small railway maintenance.In order to overcome the shortcomings of traditional eccentric block excitation mode and forced vibration excitation mode of the tamping machine,based on the design theory of single-body elastic connecting rod vibration and elastic connecting rod theory,a structural form and parameter design method of forced vibration anti-phase excitation and tamping device were proposed.The results show that this present method solves the problem that the traditional tamping machine can not realize the inverse phase relative vibration and asynchronous clamping,and overcomes the problem that the vibration amplitude of the traditional forced vibration excitation mode cannot be adjusted.Moreover,the present method improves the tamping effect,and make the application of tamping machine more flexible.
