摘要
以G60科创走廊节点城市为研究对象,采用极值熵值法和GIS空间分析法对该区域城市土地利用综合效益进行了定量评估,为G60科创走廊节点城市可持续发展提供参考。研究结果表明:从分指数权重来看,该区域城市土地利用综合效益呈现经济效益、生态效益、社会效益、环境效益依次递减;从城市土地利用综合效益空间分布来看,呈现出以上海市为首,以沪苏浙皖逐步递减的趋势,其中浙江段以杭州为中心向外递减、安徽段以合肥为中心向外递减;土地利用经济和社会效益呈现以上海为首,沿“人”字型递减;土地利用环境效益以金华为首,沿“人”字型向两边递减;生态效益以湖州和杭州为中心,呈“Y”型递减。结合G60科创走廊节点城市的土地利用综合效益优势和弱点,从产业发展协同与承接、生态环境治理与保护、教育投入与科技提升、公共基础设施投资等方面提出促进土地利用综合效益提升的政策建议。
This study of nodal cities in G60 Science & Technology (S & T) Innovation Valley employs the maximum entropy method and Geographic Information System (GIS) software to evaluate comprehensive land-use efficiency and analyze it according to spatial distribution to provide baseline data for the sustainable development of nodal cities. The results show the following:(1) from the perspective of the sub-index weight, economic > ecological > social > environmental benefits;(2) the city of Shanghai experiences the most comprehensive land-use benefits, followed by Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Anhui in turn. Comprehensive land-use benefits are centered on Hangzhou, declining at the periphery in Zhejiang Province and are also centered on Hefei city, declining at the periphery in Anhui Province. The economic and social benefits of land-use are most significant in Shanghai and decline along the “λ” line;land-use is strongest in the environmental sense in Jinhua, as shown by the λ-type lines on two sides;the ecological benefits are centered on Huzhou and Hangzhou, with a “Y” decline. Based on the advantages and disadvantages of comprehensive land-use benefits in the nodal cities of the G60 S & T Innovation Valley, this paper suggests a few policies to promote comprehensive land-use benefits from various perspectives, including industrial development coordination and acceptance, ecological environmental governance and protection, education investment and technology promotion, and public infrastructure investment.
