摘要
首先,对“森林小镇”理论进行解读;其次,简单介绍广东省城镇的情况;接着,分析广东山区欠发达城镇存在产业类型单一、空间建设分散等问题;最后,提出“农林+新型产业”的一二三产业融合发展的产业发展路径,形成“微、生、小、环”的森林小镇空间发展路径,为大多数偏远山区城镇的特色化发展提供新思路。
⑴ Background-- The construction of characteristic small towns is an important engine to promote the new urbanization.Because of the remote location of towns in mountainous areas and poor transportation conditions,leisure tourism cannot be vigorously developed.How to make good use of mountain forest resources,“living on a mountain live off the mountain”,and explore the path of characteristic development of mountain towns are the key points for many mountain towns to improve their comprehensive competitiveness.The development of forest towns by the state and Guangdong Province have brought good opportunities for the development of mountain towns in Guangdong Province.However,the scope of domestic research on forest towns is mainly concentrated in the Pearl River Delta and Jiangsu and Zhejiang regions,and less in the less developed areas such as the western and northern mountainous areas of Guangdong.Most of the research objects are lack of research on remote mountainous areas where the location is at a disadvantage.The content of the research is mainly concepts and connotations,construction ideas,and less involved in specific implementation paths and safeguards.⑵ Methods-- Aiming at the bottleneck of the development of remote mountainous towns and proceeding from the problem orientation,the current situation of underdeveloped towns in mountainous areas of Guangdong Province is analyzed.This paper also combines the industrial development thought of long agricultural and forestry industrial chain with the local resources of Luofu Town,Meizhou City,to solve the problems of single type of local industry and decentralized spatial construction,to seek the development thought suitable for the industrial base and resource conditions of underdeveloped towns in mountainous areas of Guangdong Province,and to seek the characteristic development path of ordinary mountainous towns.⑶ Results-- This paper puts forward the industrial development path of “agriculture and forestry + new industry” of the integration of primary,secondary and tertiary industries,forming a “micro,living,small,ring” spatial development path of forest towns,which provides a new idea for the characteristic development of most remote mountain towns.Based on the analysis of the current situation of underdeveloped towns in mountainous areas of Guangdong Province,this paper combines the industrial development idea of long agricultural and forestry industrial chain with the local resources of Luofu Town in Meizhou City to solve the problems of single industrial type and decentralized spatial construction and seek the characteristic development path of ordinary mountainous towns.⑷ Conclusions and Discussions-- The establishment of forest towns cannot unilaterally pursue the establishment standards and ignore the overall planning.Otherwise,it will result in the lack of their own characteristics,low-level homogenization of construction,and characteristics are not “special”.Therefore,the characteristic development of underdeveloped towns in mountainous areas of Guangdong Province under the guidance of forest towns should also take full account of the characteristics of local resources,and tailor the spatial layout strategy and industrial development path.
