摘要
新疆某金矿矿石中粒间金、裂隙金、硫化物包裹金合计占金矿物总量的86.87%,对浮选比较有利。浮选条件试验最终得出磨矿细度90%,捕收剂黄药100g/t,黑药50g/t,调整剂碳酸钠800g/t为该矿石浮选的最佳条件。1粗2精3扫的闭路试验最终得到精矿品位45.8%,回收率85.27%的良好指标。该结果可为新疆某公司氰化厂改造成浮选厂提供一定的设计依据。
Some gold ore in Xinjiang has the intergranular gold,fissure gold,and sulphide-wrapped gold accounting for 86.87%of the total amount of gold minerals,which is favorable for flotation.The best flotation conditions of grinding fineness of 90%,collector of xanthate dosage of 100 g/t,butylamine dithiophosphate dosage of 50 g/t and adjuster sodium carbonate dosage of 800 g/t was obtained by the flotation condition tests.The good index of concentrate grade of 45.8%and recovery of 85.27%was obtained by the closed test of one-roughing,two cleaning and one-scavenging.This result could provide certain design basis for the conversion of a cyanide plant in Xinjiang into a flotation plant.
