术中神经电生理监测在脊柱外科手术中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 术中神经电生理监测(intraoperative neurophysiological monitoring, IOM)通过应用神经电生理技术测量检验手术中神经功能的完整性,向手术团队实时反馈手术中神经功能完整性的变化,提示医生及早采取干预措施。它可有效降低术后神经功能缺损的风险,对避免医源性神经功能损害大有裨益。上世纪70年代以来,IOM在脊柱外科广泛应用,监测范围包括脊柱侧弯矫形、髓内或髓外肿瘤切除、椎管狭窄扩大的前路或后路减压术等[1]。
