一种组合工艺的船舶油污水处理技术 被引量:10

摘要 针对当前船舶含油污水处理问题日趋复杂,传统的含油污水处理工艺难以满足高标准的排放要求的情况,通过对不同工艺进行优化组合,得到一种能有效解决复杂的船舶油污水处理问题的方法。对传统的油污水分离方法和各种水处理技术进行分析,确定“预处理+生化+深度处理”的工艺路线。试验结果表明,采用该工艺处理的污水可达到《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978-2016)中一级B标排放要求,该工艺路线可在同类工程应用中推广。 A combination of different processes is proposed for the treatment of complex oil-contaminated water of ship to the strict standard of drainage. The traditional treatment technologies are examined, which indicates that the process consisting of pretreatment + biochemical + advanced treatment is effective while no individual treatment technology is up to the standard. Experiments show that the treated wastewater can meet the discharge requirements for first class B grade of GB 8978-2016 《Comprehensive Wastewater Discharge Standard》.
