摘要
介绍了双氧水诱导人正常肝细胞LO2凋亡的检测综合性实验的设计和初步实践。该实验项目综合了分子生物学、细胞生物学和生物化学3门学科,提出了以临床问题为中心的设计思路,注重经典结合实践的实验手段,采用虚实结合的教学方式,科研与教学相结合的教学模式。通过提高学生的科研兴趣和科研思维,熟练科学研究的基本技能,加强团队合作,从而培养出具有综合技能的创新型和应用型人才。
The design and the preliminary practice of comprehensive experiment on the detection of apoptosis in human normal hepatocytes LO2 cell lines induced by hydrogen peroxide were introduced in this paper. The lab courses in molecular biology, cell biology and biochemistry were integrated, the principle of experiment design focuses on clinical problems, combining practice with classic in experimental means, were emphasized, integrating virtual and reality in teaching methods were adopted, and combining teaching and research in launched teaching model. In order to cultivate innovative and applied talents with comprehensive skills, interest and thinking of research were improved, the basic skills of research were experienced, and the team cooperation was strengthened.
