摘要
目的:了解盐酸胺碘酮注射液的临床应用情况,发现存在的问题及风险,为其合理应用提供参考。方法:对2015年9月至2018年3月河北省人民医院496例使用盐酸胺碘酮注射液患者的资料进行回顾性统计、分析。结果:盐酸胺碘酮注射液在临床应用中存在的问题较多,包括缺少心律失常相关诊断195例,占总病例数的39.31%;溶剂选择错误21例,占总病例数的4.23%;475例溶剂适宜的患者均存在药液浓度不适宜情况,药液浓度不适宜率为100.00%;明确标明滴注速度的有249例,其中滴注速度不适宜222例(占89.16%);联合用药324例,其中联合用药不适宜21例(占6.48%);存在禁忌证用药31例,占总病例数的6.25%;发生不良反应14例,不良反应发生率为2.82%。结论:盐酸胺碘酮注射液在临床使用中存在安全隐患,应加强该类药物的合理用药宣教、用药点评和有效的药学干预等,促进临床合理应用,发挥其应有的作用,提高患者治愈率,预防并减少不良反应的发生。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical application of amiodarone injection, find out the problems and risks, and provide references for its rational application. METHODS: 496 patients applied with amiodarone injection from Sept. 2015 to Mar. 2018 in Hebei General Hospital were retrospectively collected and analyzed. METHODS: There were many problems in clinical application of amiodarone injection, including 195 cases of lack of arrhythmia-related diagnosis(accounting for 39.31% of the total cases);21 cases of solvent selection error(accounting for 4.23% of the total cases);475 cases of solvent-appropriate patients had inappropriate drug concentration, the inappropriate drug concentration rate was 100.00%;249 cases indicated the drip speed, of which 222 cases(89.16%) were unsuitable for drip speed;324 cases had combined drug use, of which 21 cases(6.48%) were not suitable for combined drug use;31 cases used drugs with contraindications(accounting for 6.25% of the total cases);14 cases had adverse reactions, and the incidence of adverse reactions was 2.82%.CONCLUSIONS: Amiodarone injection has potential safety hazards in clinical application, which need further strengthening in propaganda of rational drug application, medication review and effective pharmaceutical intervention, so as to promote clinical rational application, play its due role, improve cure rate, prevent and reduce the incidences of adverse drug reactions.
