摘要
在金融乱象频发和关税壁垒加强的背景下,基于全国和分地区视角,引用30个省份数据,构建动态面板模型,采用系统GMM估计方法分析金融发展与贸易竞争对技术创新效率的影响。研究发现,考察期内技术创新效率存在路径依赖性。中国金融发展对技术创新效率的促进作用主要依赖于金融发展规模的扩大而非金融结构的优化及金融市场效率的提升,而这种正向效应具有地区差异,东部及西部地区金融结构的优化和银行发展效率的提升能促进技术创新,中部地区则相反;贸易竞争通过学习效应及溢出效应正向促进技术创新效率的提升。因此,政府要深化金融市场改革,促进良性竞争,引导资金合理有序流动,为金融发展和企业创新提供更好的外部环境。
Against the frequent appearance of financial chaos and tariff barriers, this study explores the impact of both financial development and trade competition on the efficiency of technological innovation by constructing a dynamic panel model employing panel data of 30 provinces, from the national and sub-regional perspectives. The findings indicate that there is a path dependence of technological innovation efficiency during the probation period. Specifically, China's technology innovation efficiency mainly depends on the scale of financial development, rather than the financial development structure and the efficiency of technological market. It further shows that there is regional heterogeneity of the positive impact between the eastern, western and the middle areas. In addition, trade competition is positively related to the efficiency of technological innovation by effects of learning and spillover. Based on the above research results, this paper makes some policy suggestions for improving the efficiency of technological innovation.
