整车空调系统能耗改善的试验研究 被引量:2

Experimental Study on Energy Consumption Improvement of Vehicle Air Conditioning System

摘要 设计了螺旋式同轴管,对原系统和空调系统进行了系统台架对比,最后将同轴管系统搭载在一辆汽油SUV车型上,并适当降低压缩机传动比,考察其降温效果,对比了原车和改装后的车的空调系统油耗。结果表明采用同轴管系统并适当降低压缩机速比可以使空调系统油耗降低0.3L/100km。 Double-pipe Internal Heat Exchanger is designed,and the original system and air conditioning system are compared.Finally,Double-pipe Internal Heat Exchanger is mounted on a SUV,and the compressor transmission ratio is reduced appropriately.The cooling effect is investigated,and the fuel consumption of the air conditioning system of the original vehicle and the modified vehicle is compared.The results show that the fuel consumption of air conditioning can be reduced by 0.3L/100km by using Double-pipe Internal Heat Exchanger.
