摘要
目的:对2018年本院住院患者使用丹红注射液的情况进行分析,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:对本院2018年全年使用丹红注射液住院患者的性别、年龄、入住科室、入院诊断、用药开始时间、用药结束时间、丹红注射液用量、用法、溶媒、疗程等进行统计分析。结果:丹红注射液适应证不合理病历21例,占抽查病历的7.61%;用法用量不适宜(溶媒选用不合理)病历50例,占抽查病历的18.12%;其中适应证不合理且用法用量不适宜(溶媒选用不合理)病历1例。使用丹红注射液不合理病历总计70例,占抽查病历的25.36%。结论:丹红注射液在本院应用的适应证基本合理,但溶媒选用不合理比例较高。
Objective: To analyze the situation of Danhong Injection used by inpatients in our hospital in 2018 so as to provide reference for rational drug use in clinical practice. Methods: The sex, age, admission department, admission diagnosis, medication start time, medication end time, dosage, usage, solvent and treatment course of Danhong Injection inpatients in our hospital in 2018 were analyzed. Results: There were 21 cases with unreasonable indications of Danhong Injection, accounting for 7.61% of the sample medical records;50 cases with unreasonable usage and dosage of solvent, accounting for 18.12% of the sample medical records;1 case with unreasonable indications and unreasonable usage and dosage of solvent. There were 70 cases of irrational medical records using Danhong Injection, accounting for 25.36% of the random medical records. Conclusion: The indications of Danhong Injection in our hospital are basically reasonable, but the unreasonable selection of solvent is relatively high.
