摘要
海洋生物海绵是海洋中最简单的动物,从海绵中分离纯化出的溴吡咯生物碱,是众多海洋学家和天然药物学家的研究对象,在系统地归纳和整理了大量文献资料和实验数据的基础上,本文将对近年来海洋生物海绵中的溴吡咯生物碱在提取分离和合成方面的研究进展进行综述。
The marine sponge is the simplest animal in the ocean.The bromopyrrole alkaloid isolated and purified from the sponge is the research object of many oceanographers and natural pharmacologists.It systematically summarizes and organizes a large amount of literature and experimental data.On the basis of this,this paper reviewed the research progress of extraction,separation and synthesis of bromopyrrole alkaloids from marine biological sponges in recent years.
