摘要
药历在临床正得到广泛应用,本文从药历的基本信息、病历摘要、入院前用药史、药程记录、临床检验记录、用药评价及用药建议和讨论等内容探析药历对临床治疗的作用。药历有助于医疗、药学、护理等专业形成合力,有利于正确选用药物,对保证患者用药安全、有效、经济有着非常重要的作用。
The drug calendar has been widely used in clinical practice. This article analyzes the effect of drug calendar on clinical treatment from the basic information of drug calendar, summary of medical records, history of drug use before admission, record of drug course, clinical test record, evaluation of drug use and suggestion and discussion of drug use. The drug calendar has played a synergistic role in medical treatment, pharmacy, and nursing, and is conducive to the correct selection of drugs. It has a very important role in ensuring the safety, effectiveness, and economy of patients ’drug use.
