摘要
目的:建立四川遂宁地区表观健康成年人群血浆肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)的参考区间。方法:通过2000例20~88岁表观健康成人血浆TSGF的检测结果,以非参数法建立血浆TSGF的参考区间[0~第95百分位数]。结果:表观健康成年人群血浆TSGF浓度呈偏态分布(P<0.01),对其按性别分组后,男性和女性均呈偏态分布(P<0.01),男女间比较,TSGF浓度水平的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。按年龄段分组后,女性各年龄段间比较,TSGF浓度水平的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),因此女性不需按年龄段分组建立参考区间;男性各年龄段间比较,20~<30岁组与30~<40岁组、40~<50岁组与≥60岁组、50~<60岁组与≥60岁组间TSGF浓度水平的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),其余各组间的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),进一步分析,男性各年龄组TSGF浓度水平的中位数与男性参考个体总体中位数的差异均<25%,故不建议按年龄段分组建立参考区间。由此得出四川遂宁地区表观健康成年人群血浆TSGF的参考区间:0~64U/mL。结论:初步建立了四川遂宁地区表观健康成年人群血浆TSGF的参考区间,为临床合理运用TSGF作为恶性肿瘤早期筛查指标提供依据。
Objective:To establish thereference intervals of plasma tumor specific growth factor(TSGF)in apparent healthy adults of Suining in Sichuan.Methods:The reference interval of plasma TSGF 0~95 percentile was established by non-parametric method based on the results of plasma TSGF detection in 2000 healthy adults aged 20~88 years.Results:The plasma TSGF concentration in apparently healthy adults showed a skewed distribution(P<0.01),after grouping by sex,the distribution of male and female was skewed(P<0.01),there was no significant difference in TSGF concentration between men and women(P>0.05).Grouping by age group,there was no significant difference in TSGF concentration among different age groups of women(P>0.05),therefore,women do not need to set up reference intervals by age group.Comparison of male age groups,there was no significant difference in TSGF concentration between 20~29 years old group and 30~39 years old group,40~49 years old group and over 60 years old group,50~59 years old group and over 60 years old group(P>0.05),but there was significant difference among other groups(P<0.05),further analysis showed that the difference between the median of TSGF concentration in different age groups and the total median of male reference individuals was less than 25%,so it is not recommended to establish a reference interval according to age groups.Therefore,the reference interval of plasma TSGF was 0~64 U/mL for the apparent healthy adult population in Suining,Sichuan.Conclusion:The reference interval of plasma TSGF in apparent healthy adults in Suining area of Sichuan Province has been established initially,whichprovide a reference for the clinical application of TSGF as an early screening indicators for malignant tumors.
