摘要
目的:研究淋巴瘤化疗前后网织红细胞参数变化的临床意义。方法:选取2017年3月—2018年10月18例淋巴瘤化疗患者,分别于化疗前后不同时段,用自动化血液分析仪检测患者的网织红细胞(RET)绝对值、网织红细胞(RET)比率、未成熟网织红细胞(IRF)比率、白细胞(WBC)、中性粒细胞绝对值(NEUT)。结果:淋巴瘤化疗患者化疗后RET绝对值、RET比率、IRF比率、WBC、NEUT都降低,RET绝对值、RET比率、IRF比率在化疗后的第4天开始显著降低,比WBC、NEUT早3天。在骨髓恢复期,RET绝对值、RET比率、IRF比率在化疗第13天后明显升高,亦比WBC、NEUT早3天。结论:IRF是反映骨髓抑制和恢复的敏感指标。
Objective:To study the clinical significance of reticulocyte parameters before and after chemotherapy for lymphoma.Methods:The absolute reticulocyte count(RET)absolute value,reticulocyte(RET)ratio,immature reticulocyte ratio(IRF),white blood cell(WBC)and neutrophil absolute value(NEUT)were measured by automated blood analyzer in 18 patients with lymphoma before and after chemotherapy.Results:After chemotherapy,RET absolute value,RET ratio,IRF,WBC and NEUT were all decreased in patients with lymphoma.RET absolute value,RET ratio and IRF were significantly decreased on the 4th day after chemotherapy,3 days earlier than WBC and NEUT.In bone marrow convalescence stage,RET absolute value,RET ratio and IRF increased significantly after 13 days of chemotherapy,also 3 days earlier than WBC and NEUT.Conclusion:IRF is a sensitive indicator of bone marrow suppression and recovery.
