摘要
目的:探讨收纳管在心电图机导联线管理中的应用效果。方法:将心电图机的导联线用大小合适的塑料收纳管包裹起来,用此方法管理心电图机导联线。采用回顾性研究方法,分别收集应用收纳管管理前后各3个月时间内的相关数据。对护理人员安置心电图机导联所需时间、与导联线相关的仪器故障率进行对比。结果:应用收纳管管理后,心电图机导联安置平均时间短于应用前;应用收纳管后,与导联线相关的故障率低于应用前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用收纳管管理心电图机导联线,能起到提高工作效率、保护仪器的作用。
Objective:To study the effect of the info clerk tubes in the application of electrocardiograph leads management.Methods:Using appropriate size of plastic info clerk tubes to protect all the electrocardiograph leads in a hospital emergency department.A retrospective study had been taken.The operation time for nurses to place the electrocardiograph leads on the patient's body,the instrument failure rate associated with electrocardiograph leads were collected for 3 months before and after the application of using info clerk tubes.Results:It took shorter time after the application of using info clerk tubes than before;the instrument failure rate associated with electrocardiograph leads after the application was lower than before the.The differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of using info clerk tubes to manage the electrocardiograph leads can improve the work efficiency,protect the electrocardiographs.
