摘要
目的观察黄白胶囊治疗实热证便秘的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的96例实热证便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各48例。治疗组给予口服黄白胶囊4粒/次,每日3次;对照组给予口服聚乙二醇4000散10g/次,每日2次。治疗5天,观察比较两组患者的治疗总有效率,治疗前、后的便秘症状评分情况。结果治疗组的总有效率为95.5%优于对照组的84.4%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的便秘症状评分比较,治疗组优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄白胶囊能有效改善实热证便秘患者的排便性状,缩短排便时间,伴随症状也得到明显改善。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of huangbai capsule in the treatment of constipation. Methods 96 patients with constipation syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,48 cases each.In the treatment group was given oral administration of huangbai capsule 4 capsules per time,3 times a day.The control group was given polyethylene glycol 4000 scatter 10g/ time,twice/day.After 5 days of treatment,the total effective rate and the scores of constipation symptoms before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results According to the comparison of constipation symptom scores,the treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05).The total effective rate was 95.5% in the treatment group and 84.4% in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant ( P<0.05). Conclusion Huangbai Capsule can effectively improve the bowel movements of patients with constipation in heat syndrome,shorten the time of defecation,and the symptoms are also significantly improved.
