售电公司需求侧响应策略研究 被引量:4

摘要 国网公司“三型两网”战略规划要求在用户侧进一步完善需求侧管理系统功能,支持企业、居民用户以互动化的方式参与电网需求侧响应,全面支持新形势下有序用电和主动需求响应业务需求,提升电网运行弹性和经济性。为进一步研究电力市场环境下售电公司参与需求侧响应的模式策略,通过对美国电力市场需求响应模式和国内各试点区域需求响应项目实施现状进行梳理,提出了售电公司开展需求侧响应的两种策略,一是激励型需求响应策略,二是价格型需求响应策略。 The"Three Types and Two Networks"strategic planning of SGCC requires to further improve the demand side management system function,support enterprises and resident users to participate in the demand-side response of the power grid in an interactive manner,support the orderly power consumption and active demand response business needs under the new situation,and improve the operation flexibility and economy of power grid.To further study the mode strategy of the power supply companies participating in the demand-side response in the electricity market,this paper sorts out the US electric power demand response model and the implementation of demand response projects in pilot areas in China.Two strategies of demand-side response of power sales companies are proposed,of which one is the incentive demand response strategy,and the other is the price demand response strategy.
