摘要
有机太阳电池具有质量轻、成本低、柔韧性好可折叠等优点而受到国内外的广泛关注,近年来有机太阳电池技术研究发展迅猛,其能量转化率不断提高。对有机太阳电池的研究背景及工作原理、器件结构、给体与受体材料加工技术等方面进行综述,比较了不同种类光伏器件的材料、制备方法和研究进展,包括单质结类、异质结类、染料敏化类太阳电池,并讨论其应用前景与发展趋势。
Organic solar cells have attracted considerable attention all over the world due to the advantages of light weight, low cost and good flexibility. With the developing of organic solar cell, the power conversion efficiency instantly increases. The research background, working principle, device structure and materials process technologies of organic solar cells were reviewed. The materials, preparation methods and research progress of organic solar cells with different structure were compared, including single-junction, heterojunction and dye-sensitized solar cell. The application prospect and trend were also discussed.
