摘要
目的观察预见性与精细化护理管理模式对新生儿外用穿刺置入中心静脉导管(PICC)临床效果及并发症的影响。方法选取2018年6月-2019年3月在我院行PICC置管的新生儿80例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为2组各40例。对照组行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用预见性与精细化管理模式,观察2组置管成功率、非计划拔管率及导管堵塞率、并发症发生率及护理满意度。结果对照组一次置管成功率低于观察组,非计划拔管及导管堵塞发生率高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组并发症发生率高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组家长护理满意度评分低于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对行PICC置管的新生儿实施预见性与精细化护理管理模式,可有效提高置管成功率,降低导管堵塞、非计划拔管及并发症发生率,提高家长护理满意度。
Objective Toobservethe influence ofpredictive and meticulous nursingmanagementmode on clinicaleffects and complications of neonatal peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC). Methods 80 newborns with PICC in the hospital from June 2018 to March 2019 were selected,and they were divided into two groups according to random number table,with 40 cases in each group. Control group was given routine nursing,while observation group was given predictive and meticulous nursing management mode based on routine nursing. The success rate of catheterization,rate of unplanned extubation,catheter blockage rate,incidence of complications and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were observed. Results The success rate of one-time catheterization in control group was lower than that in observation group,while the incidence of unplanned extubation and catheter blockage in control group was higher than that in observation group(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in control group was higher than that in observation group(P<0.05). The score of nursing satisfaction of parents in control group was lower than that in observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Predictive and meticulous nursing management mode for newborns with PICC can effectively increase the success rate of catheterization,decrease the incidence of catheter blockage,unplanned extubation and complications,improve nursing satisfaction ofparents.
