摘要
目的探讨柔性管理方案对产科风险事件发生率、产妇满意度及护理质量的影响。方法110例产妇,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组55例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上采用柔性管理方案。比较两组产妇产科风险事件发生率、护理满意度及护理质量。结果观察组产妇产科风险事件发生率3.64%低于对照组的20.00%,产妇护理满意度98.18%高于对照组的76.36%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组产妇护理安全制度、护理文书书写、抢救药品与仪器、护理差错事故管理以及急诊抢救护理评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对产妇采用柔性管理方案,可有效降低产科风险事件发生率,提升护理满意度及护理质量。
Objective To discuss the impact of flexible management program on the incidence of obstetric risk events, quality of nursing and maternal satisfaction. Methods A total of 110 maternal women were divided by random number table method into control group and observation group, with 55 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing, and the observation group received flexible management program on the basis of conventional nursing. Comparison was marie on incidence of obstetric risk events, satisfaction degree of with nursing and quality of nursing between the two groups. Results The observation group had lower incidence of obstetric risk events as 3.64% than 20.00% in the control group, anrl higher degree of satisfaction with nursing as 98.18% than 76.36% in the control group. Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The observation group had higher nursing safety system, nursing document writing, rescue drugs and instruments,nursing error accident management and emergency rescue nursing score than those of the control group, and their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Flexible management program can effectively lower the incidence of obstetric risk events, and improve satisfaction of nursing and quality of nursing.
