摘要
目的观察米非司酮联合中药汤剂治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法 118例异位妊娠患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各59例。对照组患者给予米非司酮进行治疗,观察组给予米非司酮联合中药汤剂进行治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、不良反应发生情况和盆腔积液吸收时间、包块消失时间、人绒毛膜促性腺激素(β-HCG)降至正常时间及住院时间。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率94.92%高于对照组的83.05%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者盆腔积液吸收时间(7.18±1.43)d、包块消失时间(8.10±1.79)d、β-HCG降至正常时间(11.12±1.10)d、住院时间(6.19±1.89)d均短于对照组的(10.91±1.12)、(14.10±1.01)、(18.10±1.98)、(11.19±1.12)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者不良反应发生率为27.12%,观察组患者不良反应发生率为11.86%;观察组患者不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药汤剂联合米非司酮治疗异位妊娠患者效果显著,可提高治疗总有效率,减少患者盆腔积液吸收时间、包块消失时间、β-HCG降至正常时间等,临床价值值得推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of mifepristone combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction on the treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 118 ectopic pregnancy patients were divided by random number table method into control group and observation group, with 59 cases in each group. The control group was treated with mifepristone, and the observation group was treated with mifepristone combined with traditional Chinese medicine decoction. Comparison was made on treatment effect, occurrence of adverse reactions, absorption time of pelvic effusion, mass disappearance time,β-human chorionic gonadotropin (β-HCG) decreased to normal time and hospitalization time between the two groups. Results The observation group had higher total effective rate of treatment as 94.92% than 83.05% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The absorption time of pelvic effusion (7.18 ± 1.43) d, mass disappearance time (8.10 ± 1.79) d,β-HCG decreased to normal time (11.12 ± 1.10) d, and hospitalization time (6.19 ± 1.89) d in the observation group was shorter than those in the control group as (10.91 ± 1.12),(14.10 ± 1.01),(18.10 ± 1.98) and (11.19± 1.12) d. Their difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The control group had incidence of adverse reactions as 27.12%, and the observation group had incidence of adverse reactions as 11.86%. The observation group had lower incidence of adverse reactions than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of traditional Chinese medicine decoction and mifepristone have significant effect in treatment of patients with ectopic pregnancy, and it can improve the total effective rate of treatment, reduce absorption time of pelvic effusion, mass disappearance time and β-HCG decreased to normal time. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
