摘要
目的:以计算机采集的肠鸣音脉冲计数为指标,观察注射用水穴位注射足三里对正常人体肠鸣音影响的即时效应。方法:将100例正常成人志愿者随机分为足三里组50例和空白组50例,观察穴位注射前、注射后共7个时段的肠鸣音脉冲量的变化情况,空白组仅记录肠鸣音,在相应时间段未作任何处理。结果:足三里组穴位注射前后的自身比较,注射后的第3、4、5、6时间段与注射前相比,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),两组同时段的肠鸣音脉冲数进行组间比较,足三里组在注射后等1时段差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:注射用水穴位注射足三里穴对正常成人肠鸣音的影响具有一定的即时效应,可使自然增多的肠鸣音在穴位注射后出现即时的减少作用。
Objective: To observe the immediate efficacy of water injection on Zusanli (足三里) on gurgling sound. Methods: 100 normal adult volunteers were divided into 50 case in the Zusanli group and 50 cases in the blank group. The changes of the pulsed quantity of gurgling sound in 7 time periods before and after injection were observed. The blank group only recorded the gurgling sound and did not do any processing during the corresponding time. Results: The difference was significantly between the 3, 4, 5 and 6 time periods after injection and before injection (P<0.05 or P<0.01). There was a comparison in the pulse number of the gurgling sound at the same time between two groups, and there was a significant difference between two groups in the 1 period after injection (P<0.05). Conclusion: There was an immediate effect of water injection on Zusanli on gurgling sound.
