摘要 监控系统是矿用通风机上的重要系统,需要进行不断的升级和改进设计。针对阳煤一矿通风机监控系统控制功能单一、监控范围较小、监测精度不够等问题,结合该矿通风机结构组成及性能特点,进行监控系统硬件和软件改进优化设计,并进行了现场测试。测试结果表明,改进后的通风机监控系统监控功能和监控效果均得到了提升,保障了通风机的运行安全性。 The monitoring system is an important system on the mine ventilator and requires continuous upgrades and improved design.Aiming at the problems of single control function,small monitoring range and insufficient monitoring precision of the ventilator monitoring system of Yangquan Mining Group No.1 Mine,combined with the structural composition and performance characteristics of the mine ventilator,the hardware and software improvement and optimization design of the monitoring system and the field test were carried out,.The test results showed that the improved monitoring system monitoring function and monitoring effect and the monitoring level of the fan monitoring system were improved,and the safe operation of the fan was ensured.
