摘要
【目的】督促我国英文期刊加强对披露利益冲突(Conflict of Interests,COI)的重视,为期刊管理部门进一步强化科技期刊出版伦理规范提供参考数据及建议。【方法】通过调研《中国科学引文数据库来源期刊列表(2017-2018年度)》中的201种英文期刊的正式发表文章、网站出版伦理声明、作者投稿指南等,对期刊的COI管理制度及披露情况进行分析。【结果】在网站出版伦理声明和(或)作者投稿指南中包含完整COI管理制度,且在正式发表原创研究论文和(或)综述论文中包含COI披露说明模块的期刊共61种(30.35%);仅在网站出版伦理声明和(或)作者投稿指南中包含完整(或部分) COI管理制度,而在正式发表论文中缺少相关内容的期刊共121种(60.20%);对于COI管理及披露未作任何声明或要求的期刊共19种(9.45%)。【结论】我国科技期刊,尤其是英文期刊应率先完善COI管理制度及操作流程,采取透明化处理方式。相关期刊管理部门应强化对期刊披露COI的要求并监督其执行。
[Purposes]This paper aims to urge English scientific journals published in China to attach high importance to the proper management of conflict of interests ( COI),and provide reference data and measures for journal authorities to enhance the ethical norms of scientific journals.[Methods] Through the investigation of 201 English scientific journals from the Chinese Science Citation Database ( CSCD) Source Journal Checklist ( 2017-2018),the regulations regarding handing COI were announced on the research papers and review papers,statements of publication ethics in journal' s homepage,and guide for authors. The COI management system and disclosure situation of the journals were investigated.[Findings] A total of 61 ( 30. 35%) journals have complete COI management regulations in the publish ethical statements of journal's homepage and/or guide for authors,and include the COI disclosure instruction module in the research papers and review papers;121 ( 60.2%) journals have only ( or part of) COI management regulations in the publish ethical statements of journal's homepage and/or guide for authors,but lack relevant content in the published articles;19 ( 9. 45%) journals have not made any statements or requirements for COI management and disclosure.[Conclusions]The scientific journals published in China,especially the ones in English,should respond first in optimizing the management and disclosure of COI and increasing transparency of the handling procedures. The journal management authorities should strengthen the requirements for the disclosure of COI in journals and supervise their implementation.
