摘要
采用KD-1型煤基吸附剂利用吸附法处理吡啶模拟废水,探讨了投加量、研磨、处理时间以及复用效果等因素。并利用XRD、BET、FTIR、SEM等表征方法对其进行了表征。结果表明,采用+0.074 mm研磨后的KD-1吸附剂,投加量为60 g/L,处理时间为30 min,其对吡啶的去除率为85.20%。并采用573 K,热处理180 min,进行复用,复用10次后,其去除率由72.18%降低至52.56%,累积减重为10.08%。并采用Langmuir模型、Freundlich模型和Temkin模型线性拟合,结果表明KD-1吸附剂对吡啶的吸附符合Freundlich公式,并确定了公式参数。
The KD-1 carbon-based adsorbent was used to treat the pyridine simulated wastewater by adsorption method.The factors such as dosage,grinding,treatment time and reuse effect were discussed.It was characterized by XRD,BET,FTIR and SEM.The results show that the KD-1 adsorbent after grinding with +0.074 mm is 60 g/L,the treatment time is 30 min,and the removal rate of pyridine is 85.20%.After heat treatment at 573 K for 180 min,the mixture was multiplexed,and after 10 times of multiplexing,the removal rate was 72.18%~52.56% and the cumulative weight loss was 10.08%.Using the Langmuir model,the Freundlich model and the Temkin model linearity,the results show that the adsorption of pyridine by KD-1 adsorbent accords with the Freundlich formula and the formula parameters are determined.
