摘要
我国人口年龄结构特征正在由稳定型向衰退型过渡,老龄化趋势加剧,老年护理专业人员匮乏局势严峻,社会养老压力与日俱增。健康中国战略规划指出人民健康是社会发展的基础,为我国老年健康事业的成长推波助澜。医养结合应运而生,为我国解决超前的人口老龄化问题提供了崭新的思路。但我国医养结合相关配套制度尚未完善,因此本文通过总结分析健康中国及医养结合的发展背景,探究其在我国发展现状的影响因素,对照比较国外发展模式优势所在,为我国医养结合的政策发展和制定提供新的方向。希望为有关部门制定推行新的养老配套制度为我国老年护理及健康事业的发展提出切实可行的建议。
China’s population age structure is changing from stable to declining, and the aging trend is worsening.The shortage of elderly care professionals is severe, and the pressure of social support is increasing day by day.Healthy China strategic plan points out that people’s health is the basis of social development, which adds fuel to the growth of China’s elderly health cause. The combination of medical care and nursing arises at the historic moment,which provides a new idea for our country to solve the problem of advanced aging of population. However, the supporting system of the combination of medical care and nursing in China has not been improved. Therefore, this paper summarizes and analyzes the development background of healthy China and the combination of medical care and nursing, explores the influencing factors of its development status in China, and compares the advantages of foreign development models, so as to provide a new direction for the policy development and formulation of the combination of medical care and nursing in China. It is hoped that the relevant departments will formulate and implement a new supporting system for the aged and put forward practical suggestions for the development of nursing and health care for the elderly in China.
