摘要
[目的]探讨基于“互联网+进展性案例”的教学改革在外科护理教学中的应用效果。[方法]采用方便抽样法选择2014级2个班102名学生作为对照组,实施传统教学模式;2015级2个班104名学生为研究组,以智慧职教云平台为载体,在外科护理教学过程中实施基于“互联网+进展性案例”的教学改革模式。课后通过访谈法和问卷调查法对教学效果进行评价,课程结束后比较两组学生的理论和综合技能成绩。[结果]学生认为基于“互联网+进展性案例”的教学改革能够促进预习、课后碎片化学习,96.15%学生认为基于“互联网+进展性案例”的教学改革能够促进学生参与课堂教学;专家也认可基于“互联网+进展性案例”的教学改革有利于学生自主学习;研究组学生的理论成绩和综合技能成绩[(78.66±6.32)分、(86.72±3.01分)]明显高于对照组[(74.98±9.71)分、(80.09±4.94分)],两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]基于“互联网+进展性案例”的教学改革有利于学生参与课堂教学,提高教学质量。
Objective:To explore the application effect of teaching reform based on "Internet+Progressive Case"in surgical nursing teaching. Methods:A total of 102 students from 2 classes in 2014 grade were selected as the control group by convenient sampling method,who received the traditional teaching model. A total of 104 students from 2 classes in 2015 grade were selected as the observation group,who received the teaching reform model based on "Internet+Progressive Cases"using the wisdom education cloud platform as a carrier in surgical nursing teaching. After the class,the teaching effect was evaluated by interview and questionnaire survey method. After the course,the theoretical and comprehensive skills scores of the two groups were compared. Results:Students believed that the teaching reform based on "Internet+Progressive Cases"could promote pre-study and post-class fragmentation learning. 96. 15% of students believed that the teaching reform based on "Internet+Progressive Cases"could promote students′ participation in classroom teaching. Experts agreed that the teaching reform based on "Internet+Progressive Cases"could promote students′ self-learning. The theoretical scores and comprehensive skills scores of the observation group students(78. 66±6. 32 points,86. 72±3. 01 points)were significantly higher than those of the control group(74. 98±9. 71 points,80. 09±4. 94 points),the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0. 05). Conclusions:The teaching reform based on"Internet+Progressive Case"was conducive to enhance students′ participation in classroom teaching and improve teaching quality.
