摘要
增生性瘢痕和瘢痕疙瘩是由胶原过度合成、沉积导致的病理性瘢痕.皮肤机械张力可通过多种机制引起成纤维细胞增殖转化,调节蛋白排泌,抑制细胞凋亡,诱导病理性瘢痕发生,并促进其增生扩张.张力相关性治疗手段包括手术减张切口设计、缝合,和皮肤减张器、创面胶带、压力治疗等,可有效抑制瘢痕增生,避免病理性瘢痕的发生和复发.
Hypertrophic scar and keloid are pathological scars caused by excessive deposition of collagen. Mechanical tension can cause fibroblast proliferation and transformation through various mechanisms, regulate protein secretion, inhibit apoptosis, induce pathological scar, which promotes scar hyperplasia and expansion. Tension-related treatments including incision design, tension reduction suture, skin tension reduction device, wound tape and pressure therapy, can effectively inhibit scar hyperplasia and prevent pathological scar occurrence and recurrence.
