摘要
航天器的大型化对地面验证手段的要求越来越高。为了辨识大型航天器的特性参数(频率、阻尼、振型等)、验证和修正数学模型(有限元模型)、校核动态分析结果的有效性,检查结构中的薄弱环节及部位,开展了大型模态试验系统的研制,研究设计了卫星、飞船领域的大型模态试验系统,攻克了模态试验系统多维度激振、全尺寸包络、试验件安全多重防护等关键技术,实现了三维激振、激光非接触防护的模态试验系统。
With the development of large-scale spacecracft,the requirement for the ground-based verification technology is getting higher and higher.In order to achieve the mechanical parameters of the spacecraft(model frequency,damping ration,vibration shape),should to carry out the model test.A biggest multi-dimension vertical model test system in the world has been designed,and the problems exit in the relative key technologies including the multi-dimension excited shaking,all-around dimension and safety protection.In the design all of the problems have been solved.
