摘要
目的研究阿奇霉素与辛伐他汀联合治疗慢阻肺并发肺动脉高压的临床效果。方法选取该院2017年10月-2018年10月收治的50例慢阻肺并发肺动脉高压患者,根据不同治疗方法划分组别,对照组(施予辛伐他汀治疗),研究组(施予阿奇霉素与辛伐他汀联合治疗),对比两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,研究组FVC、FEV1、PaO2水平(1.74±0.12)L、(2.49±0.17)L、(79.68±5.49)mmHg高于对照组,PaCO2水平(35.59±3.67)mmHg低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组PAPd(6.82±0.24)mmHg、PAPs(18.96±3.54)mmHg水平低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组TC(4.46±0.13)mmol/L、TG(1.71±0.43)mmol/L、HDL-C(1.83±0.24)mmol/L、LDL-C(3.06±0.28)mmol/L水平与对照组对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组总有效率92.31%显著高于对照组的70.83%(χ2=3.8991、P=0.0483<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素与辛伐他汀联合治疗慢阻肺并发肺动脉高压的临床效果显著,可推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of azithromycin combined with simvastatin in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary hypertension complicated with pulmonary hypertension. Methods A total of 50 patients with COPD complicated with pulmonary hypertension admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were selected and divided into the control group(simvastatin treatment) and the study group(azithromycin combined with simvastatin treatment) according to different treatment methods. The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment, the levels of FVC, FEV1, PaO2 in the study group(1.74 ±0.12)L,(2.49±0.17)L,(79.68±5.49)mmHg were higher than those in the control group. The level of PaCO2(35.59±3.67)mmHg was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05). The level of PAPd(6.82±0.24)mmHg and DAPs(18.96±3.54)mmHg were lower than control group(P<0.05).The levels of TC(4.46±0.13)mmol/L, TG(1.71±0.43)mmol/L, HDL-C(1.83±0.24)mmol/L, and LDL-C(3.06±0.28)mmol/L in the study group were statistically significant different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group was 92.31%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.83%)(χ2=3.899 1,P=0.048 3<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of azithromycin combined with simvastatin in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with pulmonary hypertension is significant and can be promoted.
