摘要
目的分析序贯性多模式血液净化治疗脓毒血症患者效果。方法随机选取2016年8月-2018年8月该院脓毒血症患者60例,随机分为两组:一组常规治疗组(对照组,30例),一组常规治疗基础上序贯性多模式血液净化治疗组(研究组,30例),常规治疗组患者接受常规治疗,研究组患者接受常规治疗基础上序贯性多模式血液净化治疗,然后统计分析两组患者的PaO2/FiO2、SpO2、GLU、Na+、K+、Cr、BUN、TNF-α、IL-6、WBC、病死情况。结果治疗后,研究组患者的PaO2/FiO2、SpO2均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),GLU显著低于对照组(P<0.05),Na+、Cr、BUN均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),K+显著高于对照组(P<0.05),TNF-α、IL-6、WBC均显著低于对照组(P<0.05),病死率3.3%(1/30)显著低于对照组13.3%(4/30)(χ2=11.14,P<0.05)。结论序贯性多模式血液净化治疗脓毒血症患者效果好。
Objective To analyze the effect of sequential multimodal blood purification in the treatment of sepsis.Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with sepsis in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were randomly selected and divided into two groups. The control group(n=30) received routine treatment, and the study group(n=30)received sequential multimodal blood purification treatment on the basis of control group. Then the PaO2/FiO2, SpO2,GLU, Na+, K+, Cr, BUN, TNF-α, IL-6, WBC and mortality of the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results After treatment,the PaO2/FiO2 and SpO2 of the study group were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). The GLU was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). The Na+, Cr, BUN were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). The K+was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05). The TNF-α, IL-6, WBC were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05). The mortality rate 3.3%(1/30) in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(13.3%, 4/30)(χ2=11.14, P<0.05). Conclusion Sequential multimodal blood purification is effective in the treatment of sepsis.
