摘要
目的研究异位妊娠临床应用祛瘀消症汤联合甲氨蝶呤保守治疗的效果。方法按照治疗方法不同将该院2015年1月-2018年7月中的86例异位妊娠患者分为联合组43例、单药组43例,前组患者接受祛瘀消症汤联合甲氨蝶呤保守治疗,后组患者接受甲氨蝶呤保守治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果观察组治疗成功率为93.02%,高于对照组76.74%(χ2=4.440 5,P=0.035 1);观察组治疗后2、4周附件包块直径小于对照组(t=8.913 3、29.034 4,P=0.000 0、0.000 0);观察组治疗后急诊手术实施率为0.00%,远期生育成功率为76.74%,均优于对照组9.30%、55.81%(χ2=4.195 1、4.214 2,P=0.040 5、0.040 1)。结论祛瘀消症汤联合甲氨蝶呤保守治疗异位妊娠成功率高,能够减少手术实施率,提升远期生育率,可推广。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Quyu Xiaozheng Decoction combined with methotrexate for conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods A total of 86 cases of ectopic pregnancy admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to July 2018 were divided into combined group(43 cases) and single drug group(43 cases). The former group was treated with Quyu Xiaozheng Decoction combined with methotrexate conservative treatment, while the latter group was treated with methotrexate conservative treatment. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of the observation group was 93.02%, which was higher than that of the control group(76.74%)(χ2=4.440 5, P=0.035 1). After two and four weeks of treatment, the diameter of the adnexal mass in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group(t=8.913 3, 29.034 4, P=0.000 0, 0.000 0). The implementation rate of emergency operation in the observation group was 0.00%, the long-term fertility success rate was 76.74%,which were better than those in the control group(9.30%, 55.81%)(χ2=4.195 1, 4.214 2, P=0.040 5, 0.040 1). Conclusion Quyu Xiaozheng Decoction combined with methotrexate conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy has a high success rate. It can reduce the implementation rate of surgery, improve long-term fertility, which can be promoted.
