摘要
淫羊藿苷是一种从中草药淫羊藿的茎叶中提取出的有效活性物质。淫羊藿苷是一种粉状固体,其极易溶于醇类和脂类,不溶于水。近几年的研究发现,淫羊藿苷具有促进成骨、抑制破骨的作用,在临床上有一定的疗效。该文进一步探讨淫羊藿苷作用的分子机制,可以为应用成骨类药物促进患者正畸保持阶段牙齿稳定性、缩短保持时间提供理论依据。
Icariin is an effective active substance extracted from the stems and leaves of Chinese herbal medicine Epimedium. Icariin is a powdery solid that is highly soluble in alcohols and lipids and insoluble in water. In recent years, studies have found that icariin has the effect of promoting osteogenesis and inhibiting osteolysis, and has a certain clinical effect. This paper further exploration of the molecular mechanism of icariin can provide a theoretical basis for the application of osteogenic drugs to promote the stability of teeth during orthodontic maintenance and shorten the retention time.
