摘要
目的分析脑血管病诊断中全脑血管造影检查的应用价值。方法选择2017年1月—2018年12月中160例脑血管病患者为对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为两组,对照组80例首先接受头颈部CTA或头颈部MRA检查,后进一步进行DSA检查,观察组80例接受全脑血管造影(DSA)检查,比较两组诊断结果。结果观察组脑动脉瘤检出符合率为100.00%,对照组脑动脉瘤检出符合率60.00%(χ^2=13.975 2,P<0.05);观察组脑血管狭窄检出符合率为100.00%,对照组脑血管狭窄检出符合率60.00%(χ^2=8.400 0,P<0.05)。结论全脑血管造影用于脑血管病中诊断中能够提升诊断准确率,为临床脑血管病的诊断提供更多科学信息指导。
Objective To analyze the application value of whole brain angiography in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease. Methods A total of 160 patients with cerebrovascular disease from January 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled. Patients were divided into 2 groups according to the random number table method. 80 patients in the control group received head and neck CTA or head and neck MRA. After further DSA examination, 80 patients in the observation group underwent whole brain angiography (DSA) and the two groups were compared of the examination results. Results The coincidence rate of cerebral aneurysms in the observation group was 100.00%, and the coincidence rate of cerebral aneurysms in the control group was 60.00%(χ^2=13.975 2, P<0.05). The coincidence rate of cerebral vascular stenosis in the observation group was 100.00%. The coincidence rate of cerebral vascular stenosis was 60.00%(χ^2=8.400 0, P<0.05). Conclusion Whole cerebral angiography can improve the diagnostic accuracy in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease, and provide more scientific information guidance for the diagnosis of clinical cerebrovascular disease.
