摘要
目的探析卵巢肿瘤患者应用腹腔镜与开腹剥除术治疗的临床对比效果。方法此次研究病例时段取自2016年3月—2019年2月,以该院接收卵巢肿瘤患者60例为研究对象,根据数字随机列表法分设组别。行开腹剥除术治疗对照组,行腹腔镜手术治疗观察组。观察两组的手术效果、卵巢功能情况、不良反应率。结果对照组的手术中出血量、手术时间和肛门排气时间、术后可以早下床活动时间和住院时间等情况均明显长于观察组(t=31.618、14.151、16.330、5.196、13.146);对照组的FSH、LH等指标情况均明显高于观察组,而E2指标则明显低于观察组(t=3.083、2.951、8.549);对照组的不良反应率为20.00%,明显高于观察组的3.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.043,P<0.05)。结论相比开腹剥除术式,对卵巢肿瘤患者行腹腔镜术式治疗,能有效缩短患者手术时间,加快患者卵巢功能改善,减少不良反应发生,缩短住院时间,促进机体恢复。
Objective To analyze the clinical comparison between laparoscopic and open laparotomy in patients with ovarian tumors. Methods The study period was taken from March 2016 to February 2019. The 60 patients who received ovarian tumors in our hospital were selected as subjects, and the groups were divided according to the numerical random list method. Open control was performed in the control group, and the observation group was treated with laparoscopic surgery. The surgical results, ovarian function, and adverse reaction rate were observed in the two groups. Results In the control group, the amount of bleeding during surgery, operation time and anal exhaust time, early postoperative time and hospitalization time were significantly longer than those in the observation group (t=31.618, 14.151, 16.330, 5.196, 13.146);the indexes of FSH and LH in the group were significantly higher than those in the observation group, while the E2 index was significantly lower than that in the observation group (t=3.083, 2.951, 8.549). The adverse reaction rate in the control group was 20.00%, which was significantly higher than that in the observation group 3.33%, the difference was statistically significant (χ^2=4.043, P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with open stripping surgery, laparoscopic treatment of patients with ovarian tumors can effectively shorten the operation time of patients, accelerate the improvement of ovarian function, reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions, shorten the length of hospital stay, and promote the recovery of the body.
