摘要
目的评估桡骨远端骨折并存尺骨茎突骨折固定与否对患者术后腕关节功能带来的影响效果。方法对该医院收治的52例桡骨远端骨折患者予以临床资料分析,选择时间是2015年1月—2018年9月,将其中26例同时伴存尺骨茎突骨折的患者纳入试验组,将其中26例未伴存尺骨茎突骨折的患者纳入对照组,两组都予以钢板内固定治疗,试验组未对其尺骨茎突骨折予以固定处理,术后未实行外固定干预,术后1 d予以康复锻炼,计算两组术后6周桡骨远端骨折的掌倾角测量值、尺偏角测量值、桡骨高度测量值、术后4个月Gartland-Werley腕关节评估结果。结果试验组术后6周桡骨远端骨折的掌倾角测量值、尺偏角测量值、桡骨高度测量值[(11.52±1.30)°、(20.40±2.35)°、(11.13±1.20)mm比对于对照组数据值[(11.70±1.27)°、(20.56±2.40)°、(11.40±1.34)mm],差异无统计学意义(t=0.505、0.242、0.765,P=0.615、0.809、0.447>0.05);试验组术后4个月Gartland-Werley腕关节评估优良统计率(84.62%)比对于对照组数据值(88.46%),差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.165,P=0.684>0.05)。结论桡骨远端骨折并存尺骨茎突骨折患者接受钢板内固定治疗后,不予以尺骨茎突骨折固定干预,不会对其术后腕关节功能带来较大影响。
Objective To evaluate the effect of fixed orbital fracture of the humerus on the wrist joint function after operation. Methods 52 patients with distal radius fractures admitted to our hospital were analyzed. The selection time was from January 2015 to September 2018. 26 patients with ulnar styloid fractures were included in the experimental group. 26 patients with ulnar styloid fractures were included in the control group. Both groups were treated with internal fixation. The experimental group did not fix the ulnar styloid fracture. No external fixation was performed after operation, to calculate the palm tilt angle measurement, ulnar deviation measurement, humeral height measurement, and Gartland-Werley wrist evaluation results of the two groups after the operation. Results The measured values of palm tilt angle, ulnar deviation angle, and tibia height of the distal radius fractures in the experimental group [(11.52±1.30)°,(20.40±2.35)°,(11.13±1.20)mm] were compared with the control group[(11.70±1.27)°,(20.56±2.40)°,(11.40±1.34)mm], the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.505, 0.242, 0.765, P=0.615, 0.809, 0.447>0.05);the experimental group was Gartland-Werley four months after surgery. The excellent statistical rate of wrist joint evaluation (84.62%) was statistically significant (88.46%) for the control group,the difference was sot tatistically significant(χ^2=0.165, P=0.684>0.05). Conclusion Patients with distal radius fractures and ulnar styloid process fractures are not treated with fixed ulnar styloid fractures after internal fixation with plate fixation, and will not have a significant impact on postoperative wrist function.
