摘要
通过对DRGs原始数据提取质量的影响因素分析,确定病案首页数据的优先级改进要点,并运用信息技术和人工质控双重方式,建立多维度的病案首页质控体系,提升首页数据质量,提高入组率,使DRGs评价结果能够真实准确地反映医院的水平和能力。
By analyzing the influencing factors of DRGs original data extraction quality,the priority improvement points of the first page data of medical records were determined.A multi-dimensional quality control system for the first page of medical records is established by using information technology and manual quality control to improve the quality of home page data and the enrollment rate so that the DRGs evaluation results can truly reflect the level and ability of the hospital.
