胰腺腺泡细胞癌的临床表现及CT、MRI影像学特征分析 被引量：2

摘要 胰腺腺泡细胞癌是胰腺罕见的恶性外分泌肿瘤,多见于中老年男性患者,无特异临床表现且缺乏特异性肿瘤标志物,故诊断较为困难。目前最常用的检查方法是CT和MRI增强扫描。该病的影像学表现为肿块体积较大,并伴有钙化、出血、坏死;CT对于钙化显示清晰,MRI对于肿块内出血更敏感。CT检查时加胰腺实质期增强靶扫描能更清晰显示肿瘤及邻近组织情况,有助于临床医师选择合适的治疗方法。
