摘要
港口城市如何以"一带一路"建设发展为契机,实现产业转型升级,已经成为了当前至关重要的课题。以秦皇岛为研究对象,分析了在"一带一路"背景下秦皇岛港口与城市互动发展的机遇和挑战,从积极转变港口城市互动发展理念、充分抓住"一带一路"的建设机遇、实现内部各产业的联动发展、重新定位秦皇岛港口的现代化发展战略体系四个方面,深入全面地探讨了"一带一路"背景下秦皇岛港口城市互动发展的策略。
For every port city,how to take"the belt and road"construction and development as an opportunity and realize the transformation and upgrading of port industry has become a crucial issue at present.Taking Qinhuangdao as the research object,this paper analyzes the opportunities and challenges of the interactive development of port and city in Qinhuangdao under the background of"the belt and road".Finally,it actively transforms the concept of interactive development of port cities,fully utilizes the strategic advantages of the belt and road,realizes the linkage development of various industries,and replaces the Qin Dynasty.In the four aspects of the modernization development strategy system of Qinhuangdao port,the strategies for the interactive development of port cities under the background of the whole area are thoroughly discussed.
