摘要
为了追踪糖尿病健康教育研究的热点前沿,探索该领域的最新进展,文章选用中国知网(CNKI)中的期刊数据,以“糖尿病”并含“健康教育”为主题,选取2014—2018年的文献进行检索。将检索出的文献数据进行人工筛选后,导入文献计量学工具CiteSpace进行可视化分析。分析结果显示:高产作者前5位由高到低分别为李琳、王惠丽、高俊香、胡细玲和赵秀君;高频机构中包含高校2所、医院12所、疾控中心1所、健康教育中心1所;重要的关键词有2型糖尿病、健康教育、高血压、妊娠糖尿病、治疗依从性、护理、糖尿病患者、遵医行为、糖尿病、血糖控制、生活质量等。糖尿病健康教育的相关研究在不断深入,呈现递进式发展,临床开始应用新兴的全程健康教育模式。
In order to track the hot edge of the research on diabetes and health education and explore the latest progress in this field,the paper selects the periodical data from CNKI,with the theme of “Diabetes” and “health education” as the subject,the literature of 2014-2018 years was selected for retrieval.After manual screening,the retrieved literature data was introduced into the literature metrology tool CiteSpace for visual analysis.The results showed that the top 5 high-birth authors were Li Lin,Wang Huili,Gao Junxiang,Hu Xiling and Zhao Xiujun.High-frequency institutions include 2 colleges and universities,12 hospitals,1 center for disease control and health.The important keywords are type 2 diabetes,health education,hypertension,gestational diabetes,treatment compliance,nursing,diabetic patients,compliance behavior,diabetes mellitus,blood glucose control,quality of life and so on.The related research of diabetes health education is deepening,showing progressive development,clinical began to apply a new full-course health education model.
