摘要
φ0.05 mm超细碳素钢丝对直径、抗拉强度、扭转性能要求高,选择45、70钢线材进行生产,采用铅淬火处理方式,通过酸洗、磷化等表面处理得到半成品钢丝,经过水箱拉拔、定尺卷线后得到成品钢丝。生产的45、70钢φ0.05 mm超细碳素钢丝表面光滑,无肉眼可见的划伤等表面缺陷,抗拉强度分别为2 220~2 346 MPa和2 951~3 103 MPa,可满足用户特定使用要求。
Ultra-fine carbon steel wire with diameter 0.05 mm requires high diameter, tensile strength and torsion performance. 45 and 70 steel wire rod are selected for production. Semi-finished steel wire is produced by lead quenching treatment, pickling, phosphating surface treatment, and finished steel wire is produced by water tank drawing and fixed-length winding. The surface of 45 and 70 steel ultra-fine carbon steel wires with smooth surface and no visible scratches. The tensile strength of the steel wires are 2 220~2 346 MPa and 2 951~3 103 MPa seperately, which can meet the specific requirements of customers.
