摘要
随着青海经济社会发展、黄河上游部分河段梯级开发方案调整、大中型水电站陆续投产、河段综合利用要求以及青海省新能源大规模投产等情况较80年代发生了变化。为推进青海省2个“千万千瓦”级可再生能源基地建设,促进青海清洁能源在全国范围内优化配置,根据电站实际运行资料对黄河上游青海境内梯级水电站现状运行方式进行分析,并与设计运行方式进行对比。根据青海省电源发展规划,结合电力外送需求,在满足黄河上游综合利用要求的前提下,对设计水平年黄河上游青海境内梯级水电站运行方式进行分析,提出黄河上游青海境内梯级水电站配合新能源消纳运行方式的建议,为青海电力系统调度运行提供一定的参考。
With the economic and social development of Qinghai, the adjustment of cascade development plans for river sections in the upper reaches of the Yellow River, the successive commissioning of large and medium-sized hydropower stations, the comprehensive utilization of river sections, and the large-scale commissioning of new energy in Qinghai Province, the current situation has changed compared with the 1980s. In order to promote the construction of two "10 million kilowatts" renewable energy bases in Qinghai Province, and promote the optimized distribution and consumption of Qinghai clean energy within China, the current operation mode of cascade hydropower stations in Qinghai on the upper reaches of the Yellow River is analyzed according to the actual operation data of the power station, and compared with the operation mode in design. According to the power development plan of Qinghai Province, combined with the power transmission demand, the operation mode of the cascade hydropower stations at upstream of the Yellow River in Qinghai at design level year is analyzed under the premise of meeting the comprehensive utilization requirements of the upper reaches of the Yellow River, and the operation mode for coordinating consumption of cascade hydropower stations at upstream of the Yellow River and new energy in Qinghai are proposed. The proposed operation mode provides a certain reference for the regulation and operation of Qinghai power system.
