摘要
控制碳化反应条件加入晶形控制剂,采用特定的表面处理配方,经过压滤、烘干粉碎,制得纳米碳酸钙,讨论了比表面积、晶形控制剂、表面处理剂的改性等对纳米碳酸钙在橡胶中的影响,并与白炭黑、炭黑及复配的粉体的性能进行了对比,表明本技术制备的纳米碳酸钙比表面积大,同时具有良好的分散性,在加工过程中可以提高炭黑和白炭黑的分散性,有较好的强度和伸长率,可取代部分炭黑和白炭黑,降低成本。
Nano-CaCO 3 was prepared by controlling the carbonization reaction conditions and adding crystalline control agent,using specific surface treatment formula,pressing,drying and grinding.The effects of specific surface area,crystalline control agent and surface treatment agent modification on the properties of nano-CaCO 3 in rubber were discussed.The performance of nano-CaCO 3 was compared with that of Silica,carbon black and composite powders.The nano-calcium carbonate prepared by this method has large specific surface area and good dispersibility.It can improve the dispersibility of carbon black and silica,and has better strength and elongation.It can replace part of carbon black and silica,and reduce the cost .
