摘要
文章以我国黄花菜为研究对象,从专利整体申请态势、竞争主体、区域分布、竞争领域、行业领军人物以及专利类型等多个维度进行了量化分析。基于专利视角揭示我国黄花菜产业技术创新能力与竞争态势,对量化数据所体现的创新现状进行总结分析。结论表明,我国黄花菜产业有着较强的规模效益,但黄花菜产业专利技术主要集中在干菜上;黄花菜深加工及衍生产品很少,其它技术创新程度偏低。这种现状不利于黄花菜产业的进一步发展,从而影响区域产业的竞争能力。
Taking Chinese cauliflower as the research object,this paper makes a quantitative analysis from the overall patent application situation,competition subject,regional distribution,competition field,industry leaders and patent types,reveals the technological innovation ability and competition situation of Chinese cauliflower industry from the patent perspective, and quantifies the data body.The present situation of innovation is summarized and analyzed.The conclusion shows that Chi- na's yellow cauliflower industry has a strong scale benefit,but the patented technology of yellow cauliflower industry mainly concentrates on dried vegetables,with few deep processing and derivatives,and low degree of other technological innovation. This situation is not conducive to the further expansion of yellow cauliflower industry,and will limit the competitiveness of regional industries. It needs to be in the future.In the development of industrial innovation,we should focus on improvement.
