体育器械用SiC改性铝基复合材料组织与性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 文章主要是对SiC改性铝基复合材料的组织和性能进行研究,为了得到体积分数不同的SiC改性铝基复合材料,借助粉末挤压法来参与本次试验。着重分析了复合材料本身硬度、在显微镜下的形状外貌、摩擦系数和磨损程度受体积分数不同的SiC的影响。结果发现SiC/2024铝基复合材料中SiC颗粒体积分数与复合材料硬度呈正比,前者增加,后者硬度也增大。但当0.7~0.8为平均摩擦系数时,出现减小的是磨损体积、短轴宽度、磨痕长轴宽度以及表面磨痕深度。椭球面状为所形成的磨损形貌。 The structure and properties of SiC modified aluminum matrix composites were studied in this paper. In order to obtain the SiC modified aluminum matrix composites with different volume fraction,the powder ex. trusion method is used to participate in this experiment. Focus on the hardness of the composite itself,and the shape appearance,the coefficient of friction,and the degree of wear under the microscope are different from the number of SiC points. The results show that the volume fraction of SiC particles in the SiC/2024 aluminumbased composite is directly proportional to the hardness of the composite,the former is increased,and the hard. ness of the latter is also increased. but when 0.7~0.8 is the average coefficient of friction,a reduced wear vol. ume occurs,Short axis width,wear mark long axis width and surface wear mark depth. The elliptical surface is the wear morphology formed.
