摘要
随着经济水平的提高,医学技术的发展,人们对护理的要求也越来越高,提高教育质量成为重点。20世纪80年代以来,随着新技术革命的迅猛发展和以综合国力为主的国际竞争日益激烈,受多重因素影响,国内护理教学质量欠缺。为此,文章对护理教育的当前现状及日后的发展趋势进行具体分析。明确影响教学质量因素,完善教学方法,促进护理教育向更高层次发展。
With the improvement of economic level and the development of medical technology,people's requirements for nursing are becoming higher and higher,and improving the quality of education has become the focus. Since the 1980s,with the rapid development of the new technological revolution and the increasingly fierce international competition based on comprehensive national strength.The quality of nursing teaching in China is deficient,which is influenced by multiple factors.For this reason,this article carries on the concrete analysis to the nursing education present situation and the future development tendency.Clear factors affecting the quality of teaching,improve teaching methods, and promote the development of nursing education to a higher level.
