摘要
液压油中混有的水滴和气泡会加速油液的氧化变质,导致液压系统出现故障。为此设计了一种基于柱形极板电容器的电容式微流控油液检测传感器,并在所搭建的检测系统上进行了相关实验。实验结果表明,随着激励电压幅值在0.5~2 V区间递增,所测得的信号幅值以及信号本底噪声都逐渐降低,经计算发现激励电压幅值为2 V时的检测信号具有更高的信噪比,因此选用2 V的激励电压幅值可以提高传感器检测精度。该传感器在实验室中有效实现了液压油中50μm水滴和110μm气泡的区分检测。该研究对液压油中的水和气泡的快速检测提供了技术支持。
The water droplets and air bubbles mixed in the hydraulic oil will accelerate the oxidative deterioration of the oil,which causing the hydraulic system to malfunction.Based on the cylindrical plate capacitor,a capacitive microfluidic oil detection sensor was designed.The related experiments were carried out on the constructed detection system.The experimental results show that the measured signal amplitude and signal noise floor gradually decrease,when the amplitude of the excitation voltage increases from 0.5 to 2 V.Calculations show that the detection signal with the 2 V excitation voltage amplitude has a higher signal-to-noise ratio.Therefore,choosing the 2 V excitation voltage amplitude can improve sensor detection accuracy.In the laboratory,the 50 μm water droplets and 110 μm air bubbles can be effectively detected and distinguished.This study provides technical support for the rapid detection of water droplets and air bubbles in hydraulic oil.
