摘要
[目的/意义]旨在为军队院校开展信息素质教育,培养高素质新型军事人才提供参考与建议。[方法/过程]以陆军工程大学近10年来3次全校范围内抽样调查为例,分析该校学员信息素质教育的变化趋势,总结现阶段军校信息素质教育存在的问题。[结果/结论]提出构建以基本信息应用能力为主的基础信息素质教育、以“三个面向”为导向的专业信息素质教育、以军民融合为主要形式的通用信息素质教育的军队院校信息素质教育体系;并从应对信息素质教育边缘化、改进教学模式、加强师资力量建设和完善配套资源等方面提出具体建议。
[Purpose/significance] The paper provides references and suggestions for the development of information quality education for military academies, so as to train the new type of military talents with high-quality.[Method/process] Based on the data from three questionnaire investigations of Army Engineering University in the past decade, the paper analyzes the changing trend of the information quality of the students, and summarizes the problems existing in the information quality education of the military academy at the present stage.[Result/conclusion] The paper proposes the hierarchical information quality education system for military academies, including basic information quality education based on basic information application ability, professional information quality education oriented by “Three-Orientations”, and general information quality education with integration of civilian and military. And it puts forward the concrete suggestions, including dealing with the marginalization of information quality education, improving the teaching mode, strengthening the construction of teaching staff, and supporting facilities.
